Thursday Night Football … what a great idea! Why … because it cuts into the drudgery of the long workweek … gives you something to look forward to … and that’s exciting. Consider this year’s schedule of Thursday night games. The first one takes place on Week #1 - Tennessee vs. Pittsburgh - two very tough teams.
Then … no more Thursday night games for a couple of months until November 12th. On that night, the Bears - Jay Cutler’s Bears — take on the youthful Forty-Niners in the city by the bay.

There are lots more good games to watch after that. November 19th - Miami travels to Carolina. Thanksgiving night, November 26th - New York’s Big Blue battles the Broncos - in Denver. After that, an old AFC East rivalry will fill the flat screen as the Jets travel up to Buffalo. Then, it’s Pittsburgh again, this time at the home of arch rival, Cleveland.
Football fans have never had it so good. Games on Sunday, games on Sunday night, games on Monday night … and now, a batch of really great games on Thursday night, too - all season long.
